Funding Opportunities

Print friendlyThe WTPP currently has three (3) financial opportunities available to Northwest tribes:

teepeeTribal Tobacco Policy Change Mini-Grant - This is to fund activities (up to $900) that will either pass, strengthen, and/or implement tribal tobacco-related policies. The application deadline is May 22, 2006. Mini-grants will be awarded on June 5, 2006. Click on the following link to download a mini-grant application:

Community-Readiness/Casino Economic Impact Survey Application - The purpose of these surveys is to assess tribal opinions regarding tobacco policy either in (1) the community as a whole or (2) among casino clientele. The WTPP is able to offer incentives (approximately $5.00 each - not to exceed $1000 per tribe) for survey participants.Applications are available on a first-come basis. Tribes may apply for both the Community Readiness AND the Casino Economic Impact Survey. If you intend to apply for both, fill out separate applications for each survey.
